Diogenes nodded. "That's right; I do.", he said. "Come with me.", he woofed, and padded into the barn.

Tokeshima nodded and follow Diogenes into the barn.
Keeva looked up from Dio, Layla, and Zon to see Diogenes and Tokeshima. "Hey! Come and, erm, meet the pups," she whispered.

Diogenes nodded and sat down beside Brody and looked at his pups. He noticed one of them looked like a mirror image of himself, only, the son had one blue eye and one silver eye. "What are their names?", he inquired.

Keeva smiled a little. "Well, the gray one is a female and I named her Layla. The dark brown cream one is a male and is Zon, and the black one is a male and his name is Diogenes II or Dio," Keeva flushed at the last part of the sentence. Her eyes turned serious again as she woofed,"Layla sneezed a minute ago and a rock flew past my head. Zon started to cry at Broody's reaction, and Brody didn't say anything and Zon can't see yet! But Dio has been sleeping like a rock, it's starting to worry me."
Tokeshima sighed and shook his head. "Aye, three pups with uncontrolled powers. Sound like your little girl, Keeva, can manipulate Earth. Look at her aura, green, the color of life," he murmured softly.

Diogenes nodded. "Beautiful names.", he murmured. At Diogenes' words, Dio woke up. His eyes were stunning shades of silver and blue.

Keeva gasped. She was memorized by his eyes, like the sky and a cloud. "Oh my," Keeva mumbled as she suddenly felt weak. "What's happening?" she mumbled

Zon suddenly felt very confused so he whined very loudly.
Brody was very very confused now, trying to hush Zon down but it only made it worse.

'Zon, everything is okay. Mommy is just tired,' she thought in her head. Keeva licked Zon's head. "There there, my prince," she murmured as she covered him in licks.
Layla didn't know what was going on, so she started to whimper as well. Rocks were flying across the room, barely missing the other wolves. Keeva quickly licked her head, and Layla settled down.

"I....I think so, let Tokeshima try," Keeva murmured. She moved her Emerald gaze to Tokeshima.
Tokeshima nodded and woofed in his head,'Zon. If you can hear me, can you lift your right paw?'

Diogenes looked, amazed, at what had just happened. He turned to Keeva and Tokeshima. "If Layla's power is earth, and Zon's is mind reading, then what is Dio's?", he asked, then looked at his miniscule reflection. The pup seemed to look through him, his blue and silver eyes matching the same intensity as the wolf that sat before him.

Keeva mused for a second. "I....I don't know. But everytime I look in his eyes, I feel drained," she confessed.

Diogenes, not breaking connection with Dio, nodded, taking in what Keeva said. He continued to stare at Dio, feeling some mysterious force between himself and the pup. Suddenly, Dio stood up, slowly blinking his eyes. He padded away from Keeva, his siblings, Brody, Tokeshima, Diogenes, and Rapier. The small black wolf placed a paw on a dead mouse. Diogenes padded over, watching with a strange curiosity. Rapier peeked over his shoulder. Dio closed his eyes, and channelled the power running through his new, young body to his mind, where he concentrated it. Then the concentrated power flowed from his mind to where his paw connected to the dead mouse, and silver light emitted from the lifeless body, sucking it dry of whatever energy it had left. The silver light surrounded Dio for an instant, then faded into his frame. Immediately, the orange sparks playing around Dio's paws grew brighter, as did his aura. Diogenes stared unblinkingly. "Energy.", he murmured in understanding. Dio had perfectly displayed his point.

Keeva and Layla let their mouth hang open. "What.....what was that?" she stammered. Keeva suddenly felt afraid of Dio, her own pup. But she let the thought fade away, and felt the love for her pup overcome it. "Dio, my prince, will you come over to mommy?" she murmured.
"Amazing!" Tokeshima stared at Dio with eyes awide.
Layla staggered to her paws and looked at Diogenes. She let her eyes search through his. Suddenly the piece of ground she was on lifted up and transported over to Diogenes. It landed on the ground and in front of the black wolf. Layla let a smile spread across her face.
