While Echopaw was near the borders looking for some herbs, she forgot all about the Bloodbringers while she was busying herself. Bloodspill herself was hiding in the brush, waiting for her moment to strike. As the unsuspecting apprentice walked by, the red she-wolf shot out from behind the bush and bowled Echopaw over. Before Echopaw could scream, Bloodspill bent down her head to whisper in her ear. "Don't make a sound if you value your life.", she snarled, then grasped Echopaw by the neck and carried her back to the Bloodbringer's camp.

Meanwhile Ashpaw was out hunting by himself when he caught scent of Echopaw. He followed the scent to go say hi to her when another scent crossed his nose. Bloodbringers scent! He sniffed again and he scented that Echopaws scent had gone to Bloodbringers side of the border. He knew something had happened. He turned aruond to go tell Whitestar.

Ashpaw skidded to a halt at Whitestars den creating a cloud of dust."Whitestar! Whitstar!"He howled.
Whitestar ran out of the den."What?"
"Bloodbringers have captured Echopaw!"
Whitestar sat."Oh no....."
(we need some other poeple here lol)

Whiterain padded up, hearing the converstion. "You're right, Ashpaw. I scented them this morning and checked the medicine wolf den. They have her...", she woofed. "What are we going to do?"

"Echopaw is missing?" gasped Lilacspring "Thats awful! the poor dear."
Bearclaw growled. Just then Darksoul leaped forward, eyes glowing red "Those Bloodbringers must pay! Rip out their throats, tear out their livers!"
Bearclaw grunted 'For once, i agree. No wolf should mess with a med. wolf. We need to get her back at least."
Darksoul scowled

Whitestar nodded."Yes....but They did it for a purpose. What if it were a trap, and they wanted us to go after her. We have to think this through more."

"One of us, the fastest and sneakiest, should go and spy on their camp!" Lilacspring woofed, and Bearclaw blinked at her

Whitestar nodded."I think maybe one of us go into their camp in the dead of night while the rest of us wait nearby in case something happens and the one wolf gets Echopaw. And if the Bloodbringers wake up and attack the rest of us will be ready."
