Thornshadow looked and saw Shadowstar, the first leader of ShadowPack. He dipped his head and Shadowstar nodded. "Thornshadow, you will return to ShadowPack, as a loner pup wanting a home in ShadowPack. You will be an apprentice, then warrior in ShadowPack." Thornshadow's mouth dropped. "But-but- why?" Shadowstar smiled. "We think you need to discover your true destiny." Thornshadow nodded. "Thank you."
