I'm not copying Moonlit, I just need to clear some things up and to jot them down before I forget. Tehehe.

Ashfang: Can't tell you. I want it to be a surprise. Tehehe.
Moonfeather: I believe her and Bramblethorn will have pups, but I don't know for certain. But she will have creepy dream warnings, leading up to Yellowstar's death. I want her to become deputy.
Layla: She grows up quickly, as well as her brothers. She falls in love with Ashfang and has supernatural pups. She looses her mind and kills Tokeshima, Starscream, Keeva, and her pup's dad. She tries to kill her brothers but fails. Then she gets put out of her misery by Zon and Dio, upon request. And her pups are raised by them.
Keeva: She will tell her pups the truth, after Layla has her pups. Then, as stated, Layla will loose her mind and kill her.
Foxfur: Towards the end of Creampup's apprenticeship, she will have pups, guess whose? Yeah, Darkstorm's. The pack will find out and banish her and her pups. One of Darkstorm's pack-mates will come and kill one of her three pups, and Foxfur. The killer is least expected. Muahaha. The two remaining pups will float down the river and will be found by Riverpack and WindPack.
Cottonpup and Zebraheart: Cottonpup will grow and become a noble warrior. But, a little later, temptations may cloud her vision and heart, if you know what I mean. Zebraheart will grow old and live out her life fully in her Pack
Whiteice: Unknown
Jerome: Will join Shadowpack when looking for his pop(Thunderheart.)
