A young warrior was sitting in the moonlight, looking at the stars. A light breeze ruffled her fur, making her relax a little. Moonfeather's emerald eyes wear wet with tears, and little rivers of them were on her cheeks. "Why me? I am cursed? What do you want from me, Starpack?" she whispered to the sky. There was no anwser, but the twinkling of the stars, and the whistling of the wind.
After a while, she began to see her lost friends and family in the stars. Sunfeather, Sootheart, Thornshadow, Icepup, and Cocoamane. Some stars were burning brighter than others, so that must mean that there is some hope left. "Why did you leave me? Sunfeather, Sootheart, Thornshadow, Icepup, Cocoamane? What have I done to you, Starpack?! All I ever lived for was peace and equality, and you repay me by killing the ones I love?" she howled to the sky. Suddenly the breeze picked up, and buffed her fur violently. "Give me an answer!" she howled over the raging wind. Moonfeather still stared at the stars, waiting for an answer, but nothing. She sighed and looked at her paws, and the tears that stained them.
