Whitepup was sitting in the nursery, looking out at the clearing. "I'm sick of being useless! I want to go somewhere I can be of help!" she snapped. Maybe Sun's Death! she thought.

Whitepup sighed. "I doubt it. My parents hardly spend time with me, and my siblings don't do anything. I want to go where everybody wants me there!" she barked. "And I know just the place."

"Give me reasons why I shouldn't! No one cares about the Blind wolf's pups! These wolves here are all rats and I want to be raised by real wolves!" she growled. Whitepup charged at Shadepup and Sandpup and tackled them. "Don't you dare search for me! Next time we meet will be on the battlefield! No longer will I be Whitepup, I will be Whiteice!" she howled. Whiteice released them and ran out of camp. I must find Sun's Death! she thought.

"Leave me alone, you flea bag!" she howled as she ran further into the woods. Small tears ran down her cheeks, but this was how it was meant to be.
Frostpool woke up from her nap. "Where's Whitepup?" she asked.

"What?!?!?! Whitepup come back!" Blackfur shouted and chased after her.
"Shes gone. She thinks we don't care about her and she wants to leave. She now calls herself Whiteice." Tears rolled down Sandpup's checks.
"There she is!" Shadepup called to them as they saw Whiteice run into the forest. "Daddy is chasing after her," Shadepup added.
"Come on, we got to go and help Blackfur catch her," Sandpup said as she and Shadepup ran out of the nursery.

Whiteice kept running as fast as she could, suddenly she came upon some wolves passing by.
Tokeshima, Layla, Starscream, and Keeva were out hunting when Whiteice came and ran behind them. "I'm sorry, Keeva. But they won't leave me alone! I want to join Sun's Death!" she woofed.
"Really? We'll make that happen. I do owe you," Keeva woofed.

"You belong with us," Shadepup said.
"And we would miss you," Sandpup added.
