Next Silentstar went to WindPack on the mmors. She met Icewing, Mudpaw, and Snowfrost. They lead the patrol to camp and Snowfrost woofed. "TP need to talk to Rainstar!"
Again Halfmoon and Soofeather waited quietly.

Rainstar padded out of her den and saw the Thunderpack wolves. She walked up to Silentstar and dipped her head. "Yes, Silentstar? I suppose you have quite a good reason for crossing the borders? How can I help you?", she asked.

Silentstar dipped her head. "I am truly sorry for what I have to tell you." She took in a breath. "I am taking two wolves from each pack to spy on Sun's Death and the Renegades. We think that they are teaming up to take on the packs, one by one. We need to know their secrets. I chose Halfmoon and Taintedsoul, Songstar had chosen Moonchase and Pineshadow. I need every pack to team up and finish the Sun's Death and Renegades, forever."

Rainstar looked at her Pack. She would choose a senior warrior, and a trustworthy apprentice. "Nightstream and Mythpaw." Nightstream perked her ears, then dipped her head. "Very well, Rainstar."
I thought Mythpaw would be good because Rainstar really trusts her.

Mythpaw thingyed her head, her one eye flashing with surprise. But she held her tounge and dipped her head.
Her paws itched with excitement.

Nightstream lingered, bidding farewell to her friends and family. Emberpaw, Blackpaw, Wildpaw, Oatpelt, and Ravenfire huddled around her, saying their good-byes. Emberpaw looked up at her mother. "Be safe, mom!", she woofed. Oatpelt licked her cheek and nuzzled her lovingly. "Yes, be safe, and please come back. I love you.", he whispered in her ear. Nightstream nodded solemnly. "I love you too. Farewell!", she woofed, and walked beside Mythpaw.
