OAts looked up and wagged his tail "Hi Cynder! Wanna join us? i mean if its ok with Snow and Midnigh,t my new friends. I joined thier mini pack!"

"I don't know..maybe...", she said.

"Come on Cynder." Snow said "Theres so much meat to. Come on." Midnight pleaded.

OAts bounded over and gently nudged Cynder forward "Please?"

Snow ripped open the deer. Midnight waited for Oats.

Oats flicked his tail, indicating all she wolves should eat first, he was polite lol

Snow began eating because she was feeding for more then her. Midnight was waiting for Oats and Cynder. "I won't eat until you start eating Oats." Midnight said.

Cynder hesitated a moment longer. She hadn't been very social since exile. Shaking her head, she trotted up to the deer carcass. "I'll eat first then.", she said, laying down next to the deer.

Snow pigged in. Midnight went and started eating.

After a few ravenous bites, Cynder got up and walked a little ways away, tired. She layed down in the soft grass and let the steady breeze carass her fur.

When Snow and Midnight got done they walked over to Cynder. "So Cynder what is the story of your life?" Snow asked.

Cynder froze. She turned her head to stare at Snow. Then she bent her head down and sighed. "I wasn't always a loner. I once was a Windpack warrior...sometimes, I can still smell the moors on my fur as I walk the paths that I have been chosen to walk. My warrior name was Nightstream and my father, Tallstar, was the leader. My mother had a new litter of pups and that ment new siblings. How happy I was. Then, one day, I was asked to guard the nursery while my mother and father and several warriors went on a Great Hunt, to kick off the season. My...sister..Ravenfire, was at camp with me....I should have known all along what her plan was."

"What did she do?" Snow asked gently.

"She told me that Tallstar was going to choose me as the next deputy. But Ravenfire believed this was wrong, because she was older, first born, and more experienced. That distracted me for a moment, and she took that advantage and went into the den. When I got inside, she was curled around my new brothers and sister. Tiny, pink, newborns...so small and new to the world.....I told her to get out, and that's when she began to attack the pups. I knew then what I had to do...but I didn't know the price that was to be paid."

"Yes we know." Midnight said softly. Snow looked at Ravenfire. "you monster!" She howled. Midnight glared at Ravenfire. "You you are a piece of fox dung!!"
