he hoped Moonsky would come along too, since they seemed to share the young male's training

Stormchase's gaze was fixed on HAwky for a seond then he blinked an couple times and cleared his throat "we are um battle training today. Ok?"

"Yea!" Scarpaw loved battle training. The he jumped on his mentor. He pinned him down "Surprise is a warrior's greatest skill." He quoted his mentor's fav. quote.

Stormchase smiled and growled playfully and pushed Scarpaw off "Okm now for real, attack me when im paying attention" Stormchase crouched low to the ground ,ears flattened, a challenging look in his eyes

Scarpaw looked at his mentor's foot. The instead of attacking the foot he attacked his shoulder. He ran full sped.

Moonsky came along, taking her time. She saw Stormchase training Scarpaw how to fight. Quietly, so she wouldn't disturb them, she sat down not far away and watched them.

"Hey Moonsky!" Scarpaw yowled without even looking. "I scented you!" He said in a proud voice. He went back to think on this mentor. He ran. (sorry for power playing!) When his mentor jumped his turned swiftly and jumped on his mentor's back.
