Tainteddream waited for Breezesong. He wanted to go hunting with her, because they haven't done much of anything. Until the battle with Sun's Death and the Renegades, he never quite realized how much he truly cared for Breezesong, and now she needed to know how much he appreciated and loved her.

The beautiful ginger, white, and black she-wolf padded over to Tainteddream. She never knew how much she cared about him, until the day she almost died. Breezesonf was almost back to normal, but she was limping a bit, and her back was kinda messed up. "Tainteddream," she woofed, licking his ear friendly. "I really have to tell you something.."

Breezesong tilted her head, her heart racing. "Well, you can say yours first, mine can wait," she muttered, letting their eyes meet.

"Okay.", Tainteddream said, and took a deep, calming breath. "Breezesong. We have been through a lot together. We have faced the uncertainties of finding ourselves in each other, faced fear together, went through life's trials. But I wonder if that is enough for us. I want to tell you now how much I truly care about you. I love you, Breezesong, and I always will. When I am with you, I am not afraid, or clumsy. You are very important to me and I want to spend the rest of my life with you."

Breezesong gasped. That was what she was going to say! "Tainteddream! I was going to say the same thing. I love you too," she replied, licking his muzzle and nuzzling his neck.

Tainteddream felt like he would cry. No one had really cared for or loved him in his life, and this was very new to him. Nonetheless, he returned the affectionate lick to Breezesong's muzzle and touched noses with her.
