(just pretend that Copperfang resigned. Rainy said it was open, so I took it.)
Taintedsoul sat outside with his brother, Cometfall. Today was the day after the resignation of Copperfang. "Taintedsoul, you're next to be deputy," Cometfall woofed, looking at the gray wolf. He shrugged. "Perhaps, but in the end, the choice is Silentstar's."

Silentstar padded out and sighed, Copperfang resigned and she was left the choose of deputy.... She padded onto HighRock and howled for a pack meeting. "Taintedsoul will be the new deputy!" She howled looked at Taintedsould.
(BTW: Taintstar would be awesome!!!)

Taintedsoul, Cometfall, Zeraheart, Foxfur, and Cottonpup gasped. "Taintedsoul! Taintedsoul!" they chanted, as he padded up to sit beside Silentstar. "Brother," Cometfall whispered.

Beefur was happy for Taintedsoul. He would be a great deputy, but then again, it was typical of Beefur to think kindly of everyone.
