Erm,
All of these random wolves suddenly join all of the packs. No one really notices but they all have a metal band around their right front paws. Slowly they gain power. A few wolves are suspicious but the new wolves are good at deseption and everyone believes them.
Later at a gathering they somehow force all of the packs to join together under their leader (name anyone?). All of the original pack wolves loose power and any one who protests or tries to leave is hunted down by bounty hunters because wolves who turn in treaters are given an exulted position and power (plus food, every one is starving by now).
Then some miracle wolves intervene and the day is saved!!!

hmmm its interesting. somewhat complicated. im just curious about a few details, what ware these wolves, what are they? whoses the leader? lol how does this... all come about?
not trying to shoot it down just curious. i like it. lets see what other peeps think. if they like it we can try it. after the BB is out.

this wolf believes that it is his 'destiny' to unite the packs and force them to do his will. He goes through the rogue lands and gets all of these devoted followers who slowly join the pack until the outnumber the pack wolves. During a gathering their leader jumps up onto the highrock and tells all of the wolves to join together under him or he and his wolves will kill them.

so we need coolio names him. wild like that isnt my thing... hmm hmm... what about Rein? reminds me of Reindeer, but a golden brown male named Rein... yeah. i was writing a story once with a wolf named Rein and a she-wolf named Cari. (Caribou) i might use that then. ONLY in my story they werent evil!
