Moonpaw has been counting down to this very day. The day she would be completely healed. It was a long time, but she managed it. "Echohowl? Jadeheart? I think I'm ready to return to my duties as an apprentice," she woofed. Her overall injuries were not so bad, a few scars but she'd lost her vision in her left eye, which was marked by a slash scar.
(yes, i know, a bit of a time skip)

Jadeheart looked up from her nap, giving Moonpaw a once-over. "I was going to give you a checkup today. I think you're about ready to go back," she mused as she got up to take a closer look at Moonpaw's injuries. She nodded once. "You're free to go."

Bloodlust looked at moonpaw and saw her scars. he said "you feelin better today moonpaw?" he smiled at her and then thought: i hope nothing like that happens to me

"Thank you Jadeheart! Thanks Echohowl!" she howled as she leeft the den. With her good eye, she could see Emeraldblaze staring at her scars. She felt self-concious but woofed,"Yeah! I feel fine! Have you seen Ashpaw?"

"Oh, okay. Thanks anyway!" she called after Bloodlust. She went into the apprentice den and saw Ashpaw and Snowpaw. "Psssst. Psssst. Ashy, Snowy, guess who's back?" she whispered at the entrance.
Ashpaw's ears shot up. "Moony! You're back! Are you better?" his tail was wagging frantically.

Jadeheart nodded. "Now it's just the two of us again. How will I go on?" her voice was sardonic as she rolled her eyes and settled back into her nest.

Venomfang sat and watched Moonpaw romp around akwardly. "Looks like the runt is free," he mumbled. He shook out his dark mane and got up. He walked to Echohowl casually. "What did the runt leave with? You know, injuries," he woofed, not really caring.

Echohowl narrowed her eyes suspisiously. "She lost vision in her left eye, that I know. But what I don't know is why you're so interested, Venomfang.", she mused.

"Great, the runt's now useless. She'll be vulnerable, and get us all killed," Venomfang spat. He narrowed his eyes back at Echohowl. "I guess I should go feed the runt, eh? Well, I'm off to hunt," he woofed rudely. He whipped around and started to walk off, waving his tail in a rude goodbye.

"She is not!", Echohowl called after him angerly. To herself, she muttered, "Someone needs an attitude adjustment." Across the clearing, Whiterain and Phoenixfeather, who were talking, looked up and watched Echohowl and Venomfang spar. Whiterain shook her head disapprovingly.
