Lilacspring and Bearclaw's pelts bristled, glaring at Diogenes.
Scarletfur appeared from the nursery. She murmered soothly to her son, Scorchpup, who was hidden in the shadows. For a heartbeat, his eyes flashed in the darkness, then he was gone.
The red wolf padded over to Diogenes, her head and tail held high. "What do you want with my mate? He is out hunting at the moment."

Keeva tried to be polite. "Ma'am, this is none of your concern. If you are not Yellowstar, than you should not be concered," she barked.

Diogenes looked at Keeva, then at Scarletfur. "We wish to discuss the possibility of a stronger Shadowpack."

Scarletfur whipped around and glared at Keeva. "Yellowstar is my leader, as well as mate! What concerns him does IN FACT concern me! Shut your trap, you mangy mongrel!" She turned back to Diogenes, her fur still bristling. "Well, whatever you have in mind will have to wait. SO..."
"No need, I am here." Yellowstar strolled into camp. He glanced carelessly at Keeva, but his eyes widened when he spotted Diogenes. "YOU! You're... still alive then. What about... your brother?"
Scarletfur looked up. "You know him?"
Yellowstar didn't reply but continued padding across the clearing, halting outside his den. "Come, and bring your friend if you must. We will discuss in private. Whiterain, take a patrol around the borders, thanks."

Keeva sat and waited for Diogenes' orders. She whipped around to Scarletfur and snarled, eyes glaring.

"Very well. Come, Keeva.", Diogenes said, dipping his head, and followed Yellowstar into his den. Whiterain nodded. "Sunrise, Solosun, Bearclaw, and Lilacspring, come with me.", she woofed, glancing behind her. She didn't feel comfortable leaving those two rogues alone with her leader. Moonrun watched Sunrise leave, and looked sadly at the ground.

Keeva bowed to Diogenes and Yellowstar and padded into the den. Right before she dissappeared, she turned around to Moonrun and snickered.

Moonrun jumped to snap at Keeva, but Echohowl held her back. Diogenes sat down and curled his tail over his forepaws.
