The Last Resistance is a roleplay board based on a future world that doesn't have that much technology. It is advanced literate, and it exists mostly for the point of helping me to understand my book. A link is resistanceoflions.proboards.com
I'm probably not going to be coming back here and looking for questions... sorry.
So I'm going to try and sum up the idea of it in a few sentences. (Ready for an epic (MAJA) fail?)
Basically, after a short period of nuclear warfare, all the nations of the world signed a treaty/agreement and promised to dispose of all nuclear/electricity/etc technology in the hopes of preventing another such war. About 130 years after this, the goblins and the elves (who had been on earth long before man took his first breath of air) emerged from hiding. Elves are the ancestors of humans, and like humans, are born with the capabilities of working magic. However, all three species laid their claims to Earth, and a war ensued. That was over 2000 years ago, and now we are based in the Last Resistance, which has joined forces with the Elven Resistance that appeared almost 80 years ago. The year is 4732, and our people are straining to free human slaves from the elves and to call the Earth theirs. Meanwhile, elves are trying desperately to recall the Earth.
